This beautiful property includes a secluded Poynesian-style home with lots of privacy. It is conveniently located on one of the most stunning roads on the tropical side of the Big Island. The lot is 1.5 acres. The area around the house and garden is protected, fenced, and gated. A tropical buffer between the house and adjacent properties surrounds the lot. Coconut trees, passion fruit, bananas, avocado, mango, papaya, and many other flowers bloom yearly. + + + + + + + The house has two bedrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs), a clean bathroom with toilet and indoor shower, and a large additional outdoor shower. The house features a spacious aesthetic, meant to be open and airy to take advantage of the cool breezes. It is thoroughly screened, has a modular floor plan, and has three porches. The tasteful interior is simply furnished, allowing for a flexible design. Catchment water has a UV system and multiple filters to provide safe drinking water. The necessary amenities such as: Wifi, a clean water system, yard maintenance, fire ant treatment, and solar power are fully maintained for visitors. The propane for the stove and hot shower is full upon arrival. However, the propane tank and generator fuel must be refilled before departure. Provided: Solar water heating with propane backup.
