This 100 year old home has all of the modern conveniences, yet also has some of the quirks of its well-loved bones, some vintage fixtures and lots of elegant charm. Sit on the front porch when the weather is nice or stay inside with brand new central A/C and heat. Corner lot surrounded by quiet families (and a church across the street). Perfect proximity to Tulane and Loyola to avoid the rowdy undergrad party scene, but enjoy a 20 min walk, 10 min bike ride or 5 min drive to campus.
