NYU large 1-br apartment near Washington Square Park

Our apartment is a very spacious 1 bedroom on NYU's campus with a balcony, many closets, and easy access to a large secluded garden for faculty housing residents, in addition to everything the city has to offer. Steps from Washington Square Park, Greenwich Village, SoHo, and all downtown subway stops, shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The bedroom has a full bed and two closets, and a full air mattress is available for additional guests or children. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and washing machines and dryers are available in the basement using a prepaid card. We have a dog and will clean thoroughly before any exchange, but not suitable for people with severe dog allergies. We prefer you not bring pets of your own, but would consider allowing clean and well-behaved pets after discussion.
