There is a bright quiet den to lounge or as an office workspace. The top floor king bedroom has a reading nook and walk-in closet. Updated 4-piece bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath. The second bright queen bedroom walks out to a deck with views of the surrounding city and trees. All linens, towels, duvets, a generous selections of pillows are supplied. There is convenient laundry in the unit and shared pad parking (extra) for a small car. Street parking is also available. With parks, restaurants, shopping, schools and public transportation all nearby, this rental has all you need for a convenient and pleasant stay in the city. Looking for responsible tenants who want a quiet safe neighbourhood and who will treat our house as their own. We are long-time residents and will be onsite in our private unit when not travelling. Previous tenants comment on the convenience of the location as well as the bright and spacious unit size and comfortable amenities. Past tenants worked or studied in the city for several months. Others came with their young family, attending neighbourhood schools and daycares, taking advantage of the YMCA nearby and the well known Dufferin Grove Park with weekly farmers market, playground and skating rink. We enjoy meeting our guests and assisting them to find their way around the neighbourhood and city. The upper unit is quiet, private, with the only shared space being the beautiful original wood front foyer and staircase leading to the upper apartment.
