Listing for monthly sublet -or- weekly hybrid arrangement Monday-Thursday (with occasional weekends possible) -or- bimonthly arrangement beginning August 1 2026. Sublet rent negotiable depending on arrangement. The apartment is a spacious furnished 1BR with two large rooms, high ceilings, open kitchen and full bath. The neighborhood of Cobble Hill is charming and village like. It is entirely walkable with many groceries, farmers markets, specialty food shops, independent cinema, cafes, small parks and restaurants nearby, as well as all necessities (pharmacy, laundry, etc). Brooklyn Bridge Park and the waterfront facing New York harbor are a ten minute walk. Several subway lines (F/G/2/3/4/5) are a short walk, and a ten minute ride into lower Manhattan. The apartment is a 4th floor walkup. It is light filled with large windows and is facing a quiet tree lined street. Modern layout and interior. Open vintage kitchen with full refrigerator, and a small dining table next to kitchen. There is a work desk and excellent WiFi. The bedroom has a full size bed, dresser, and clothes rack. As a personal home it’s filled with many cookbooks, art and photography books, plants and mid-century/antique furniture. I am looking for someone to take care of the space and appreciate it as a calm place to stay while in New York. No smoking is permitted in building/no pets/late loud hours/extra guests. I prefer to have no shoes indoors. The building is quiet with respectful friendly neighbors.
