A warm and stylish flat in the historic Prenzlauer Berg

A comfortable, recently refurbished flat, full of light and good energy. It is in the second floor of the front facing side of a well-kept old building from the early 20th century (1912). It has high ceilings and the entrance hall and the staircase have decoration elements from the original time (e.g. Art Nouveau tiles and wooden dragon at the stair railing). The spacious living room - furnished in mid-century vintage style - has a balcony with a huge, original balcony window and overlooks a quiet street with old trees. It has an art deco table and a sideboard of 180 cm from the 70s, both after renovation. A new green-blue sofa can sleep two people. In addition, two folded beds are available for guests. They can be stored in the basement storage place for more space in the living room (I keep one there). The bedroom’s window overlooks the backyard with a lot of green. It has a new woodem 180 cm bed (which can be split into 2 beds a 90 cm, a new white wardrobe of 150 cm and a white chest of drawers. Posters with Bauhaus motives decorate the walls in all rooms. The flat is warm and quiet, with perfect conditions for living and working. Fully equipped to come and stay in it (e.g. new towels, new bedding, iron, hair dryer and even threads and needles). I strongly recommend the location to people who value the charm of old architecture and a vibe of a multinational district full of culture, small shops, bars and restaurant. This flat is a fulfillment of my dream to have my own place in a historical building, with interior corresponding to the style of this part of the city. I have put a lot of heart in furnishing and decorating the flat for myself and I hope to find a peron/two persons who will appreciate and enjoy the the vibe of the flat and the whole district as much as I do. I have very nice and helpful neighbors and I will kindly ask you to respect them.
