Fully furnished (bedding + towels included) with full kitchen (stove, oven and microwave), full bathroom (tub/shower) and free shared washer + dryer. Walk/bike to Langara College or 17 mins by car to UBC (40 minutes by bus). The rental price includes all utilities: gas, electricity, security system, high speed wireless internet and HDTV with multiple apps including Netflix. The suite is suitable for a single person or couple visiting Vancouver and is proximate to UBC/Langara/Emily Carr. The suite is available from $2,800 a month with a minimum of a three month's stay. No pets. No smoking. Not suitable for children. No commercial activities allowed including data mining. Digital nomads need to describe activities and data requirements separately.
