Description
I am looking for 2 people or a family to stay in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette for 6 months, starting January 1st. Could extend to July 31st. if necessary. The flat is in a terraced house on a quiet street, opposite allotments. It's on 3 floors so I don't think it would be good for small children but there's a lovely park and leisure centre nearby. I will be using a letting agent to manage the flat while I am in the US.

Comments: The house has a pleasant feeling. It's on a quiet street next to a primary school. There are good local shops and the Almeida Theatre is within walking distance. I could make my printer available.

Comments: There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. A second bathroom on the half landing. The living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor. The second bedroom is on the 2nd floor (UK floors.)

Comments: My 3 storey masionette is close to Highbury Fields, 10-15 mins walk from Victoria and Picadilly line stations and 5 mins walk from overground to Moorgate. The flat is light and comfortable; the first floor living room looks out over allotments. Utilities and wi-fi included. A property manager will be available to take care of problems
