Pet friendly and sunny flat or room in Berlin Friedrichshain

Description

The flat is on the second floor of a six-storey building, with just two apartments per floor. Although it doesn’t look like a traditional Altbau due to renovations, it’s actually one of the oldest buildings on the block. It features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony. The space is bright and comfortable, with high-quality fixtures, cosy furnishings, and plenty of natural light throughout the day. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Boxhagener Platz, the Spree river, RAW-Gelände, and several beautiful parks (e.g. Treptow and Rummelsburger Bucht). The closest U-Bahn station is Ostkreuz (about a 7-minute walk), though Warschauer Straße is also nearby (around 15 minutes). The shops (Rewe, Aldi, Budni) are around the corner (3-minute walk). Despite being close to everything, the street itself is quiet and peaceful. This is our home when we’re in Berlin and it has our books, artwork, and personal touches.
