This sunny apartment is in the heart of the Little Caribbean neighborhood of Prospect Lefferts Garden/ Flatbush. Built in 1931, the rooms are spacious, and the heating uncertain. All utilities are included, but it does get nippy, and if you work from home, a space heater will raise the electricity bill. Though the mattress is not pictured, I assure you there is one; the couch has a sofabed. It is walking distance from Prospect Park, and is 35 minutes door-to-door from NYU. The 2/3/4/5/B/Q /Shuttle trains are all walking distance; as well as bus #'s 12, 16, 35, and 44.
