Description
We are keen to welcome visitors to Edinburgh to share our home. This is a mother and adult son (have two other children but only one living here at present) and a cat. We have experience of hosting visitors including foreign language students and post grad students. Happy to be friendly in passing or have people to stay who want to be more integrated into our family life. Some previous lodgers have stayed for a year or more or just for a week or two - we're flexible on that.

Comments: Excellent location for walking into the city centre in about 15 minutes but also on lots of bus routes including buses to all of Edinburgh's universitites. Nearby shops including supermarkets, coffee shops, etc 2 minute walk from the house. Really quiet modern estate with no traffic noise. Some outdoor space - roof terrace and small garden - which is a rarity in Edinburgh.
