Our home, fully furnished and semi-detached, is located in Frohnau, an upscale neighborhood north of Berlin's city center. The neighborhood was originally designed as a garden city over a century ago and is a quiet area with many green spaces. It is very well-connected to the city center by public transport: the S-Bahn (S 1), just a ten-minute walk from our house, takes you to the centrally-located Berlin-Friedrichstraße station in just under thirty minutes. Our house has a beautiful garden which, together with the gardens of our neighbors, forms a large and quiet green space. On warm days, our two terraces invite you to lounge in the sun or enjoy your meals under a large beech tree. The open-concept living room is bright and has a panoramic window overlooking the garden. It has a couch, two armchairs, a rocking chair and a large TV. The dining area also has a beautiful view of old growth trees in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new fridge and a ceramic hob. There is also a guest WC on the first floor. On the second floor are the two bedrooms, which also have garden views. The large bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to form a king-sized bed, while the smaller bedroom has a double bed. There are large closets with plenty of space in both bedrooms. Next to the bedroom is a library, which can be used as a study (and also offers beautiful views of the natural surroundings). The four-piece bathroom on the second floor offers a bathtub and separate shower. There is a washing machine and a freezer in the basement, as well as plenty of storage space for suitcases and other items. The center of Frohnau is only a few minutes' walk from our house. There are several supermarkets along the two parks which form the downtown of Frohnau — Zeltinger Platz and Ludolfinger Platz — as well as numerous other stores, cafés and restaurants. There are many playgrounds and sports facilities for children, as well as schools including the Evangelische Schule Frohnau which counts as one of Berlin's best high schools. The nearby Tegeler Forst forest and the field and forest paths around Frohnau invite you to take long walks and explore the natural surroundings. Minimum rental time 3 months, references required.
