1B bright + luxurious but cosy flat Old Street/Angel, Zone 1. Yet peaceful!

A fabulous host - friendly, and very communicative and helpful when a few small things came up. The flat is comfortable and cozy, with everything one needs for a stay in central London. At the border of Islington/Hackney, it is also very well located. 8-10 minute walk to Old Street Tube/shops and a 12-15 to the Angel Station and the great Upper Street area. Both stops are on the Northern Line. Lots of buses, too. The excellent Wenlock Arms is just a few steps away. If all you need is one bedroom in central London, couldn't recommend this host and their flat more highly.

I really loved staying in Bryony's flat! The location in particular was fantastic, very central, within walking distance of a number of places I would go to in London (central London, Shoreditch, Brick Lane, The Barbican etc), very well connected as well and with a number of fantastic places to eat on the doorstep (I would especially recommend the Tamil Crown around the corner). The flat itself was very quiet and warm, which I really appreciated, as well as immaculate and well-equipped. I also especially loved the heated towel-rack in the bathroom.

Bryony was very hepful and communicative and it was a pleasure to meet her. Like I said, I couldn't have asked for a better place and was so lucky to find this at the last minute.
