I would love to welcome you to my bright and cheery fully furnished home on the 2nd floor (1200 sq ft) of a free-standing 2-family home. Perfect for a single professional interested in a shared but independent living arrangement for short or year-long rental. Preferably gluten-free or sensitive to sharing a kitchen with someone who is (me). I am a single 60 year old female nutritionist who enjoys hiking, biking, travel, all languages (conversational Spanish and Japanese), yoga, and gardening. Your Bedroom: Sunny 11’ x 12’ bedroom w/ hardwood floors, new double bed, bed linens, desk, swivel desk chair, bureau, easy chair, closet, 2 windows, 2 lamps, mirror, bath towels, air conditioner, standing fan The House: Plenty of storage (large attic, basement) Sunny back porch, lawn, vegetable and flower gardens Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit Hardwood or tiled floors High quality drinking water filtration Full kitchen - I provide your dishes, utensils, cups/mugs, cutting boards, kitchen accessories, etc. Microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, pots/pans - for your own personal use Shared full bathroom Loaner bike, if needed Nearby: The upscale Arsenal Mall, downtown Watertown, and Belmont are all in easy walking distance. A wooded walking/biking trail leads from here to Fresh Pond. One of my Harvard housemates enjoyed walking to/from campus daily and occasionally took the bus.
