Beautiful, big old house in large garden close to UChicago, medical area and Lab School in the leafy neighborhood of Kenwood just north of campus close to park with tennis courts/playground etc. We are going on sabbatical and want tenants for our 3rd floor apartment: three large bedrooms (or 2 and a living room), separate (small) kitchen and bathroom though not separate entrance. We will be gone most of the time when tenants are welcome to use the large downstairs kitchen (see last photo) and garden, porch, ping pong table, pool table etc. We will be back for roughly 6-8 days a month (on average) living in the bottom 2 floors. Initially renting for one year though potential to go for longer (I have 5 years leave). Garage for car (we are taking ours with us) and bikes.

Comments: 3rd floor apt has separate kitchen & bathroom. Mostly we will be away (on sabbatical) & tenants can use the large kitchen on 1st floor & the large beautiful garden & porch. We will be on bottom 2 floors roughly 6-8 days a month. No separate entrance.
