PARIS/ 2br Renovated Apt suits 2/3/ 15th nr Eiffel Tower €2500 per month.

My husband and I stayed at Gavin's apartment for a month, and found it a great place to come home to. We especially enjoyed the way it is tucked away from the street, the tiny but wonderfully equipped kitchen and the fact that there is an extra bedroom. The area is residential and steps away from bakeries, cafes, a supermarket, the metro and bus stops, and an outdoor market.

Gavin was very easy to communicate with and had a friend meet us to show us around the apartment. We are happy we chose it, especially because we weren't sure about the stairs. There aren't many of them, and they are wide and well lighted!

We are two exchange students at Sciences Po, and rented this charming apartment for 4 months. It's a lovely place far exceeding expectations, we would cherish the opportunity to call it home once more if we return to Paris.

The apt is cozy, clean, and well-furnished with all necessary utilities in excellent condition (we especially love the coffee machine!). It was also stocked with items like a hairdryer, duvet, and pillows.

The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with two large grocery stores and the metro (lines 10, 6, 8) just 1-2 minutes away. Restaurants, shops, and a bike station are downstairs, and the Eiffel Tower is only a 15-minute walk.
