Two bedroom apartment in Brunswick (plus cat)

We live in this wonderful community-minded building of 20 apartments in Brunswick. Amazing location - within walking distance of most things you'd need, including multiple supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, the library, swimming pool and doctors. Tram, train and bus routes are within a few hundred metres, as well as cycling infrastructure. The building doesn't have car parks, but has heaps of bike parking. The apartment comes with our lovely cat. She's very friendly and easygoing, who is fine with strangers (adults and children alike). Our apartment comes with a queen and single bed, so would suit a couple or family with one child. The apartment includes internet, heating, cooling, TV, streaming subscriptions, a Nintendo Switch and fully equipped kitchen. The building uses a shared laundry on the roof, which includes 5 x washing machines and 5 x dryers.
