We are two blocks away from the Bruce Trail which runs along the Hamilton escarpment, so there is plenty of green space if you like to run, golf, play tennis, or just be outdoors. We are located in a family-friendly neighbourhood which is close walk to bus transit, and for those with a vehicle - the highway, hospitals, Mohawk College, and McMaster University. You will have a separate private backdoor entrance and large patio to relax. The backyard is a shared space and there is extra storage if needed in the garage. Comments: This private space has its own bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom, with a separate entrance. There is access to a nice patio outside of the kitchen. The house is located in the heart of Hamilton in the beautiful Locke and Aberdeen neighbourhoods.
