I am presently in France and will stay for the year. I have lived in this apartment for seven years and don't want to see it go. Looking to help someone in the education field to be a roommate/subletter. The apartment is a gem and gives to a courtyard. The surroundings are paradise: you will enjoy the nature sites that include mountains, parks, museums, rivers. Here is a full description: Description: beautiful studio/ 1 bedroom with plenty of sunlight. For 1 to 2 people (1 double bed and a sofa bed). 4th floor, elevator. It’s a brownstone building and the apartment faces a quiet courtyard. It was freshly painted and renovated. Laundry available. Facing courtyard. Location: facing the most beautiful parks in NYC, Fort Tryon Park (Cloisters) right in front and another wilder park with forests and birds, and five minutes walking distance from the Hudson River. It is also 30 minutes away from Penn station by subway (Line 1 or A), 20 minutes from Columbia University.
