We rent our furnished and fully equipped house (non-smoking) in the old town of Marseille. It is located in front of the historic Vieille Charité and very close to the Mucem and Marseille Old Harbor. Still in its 17th century walls, it has been totally rebuilt in a contemporary style by an architect as a vertical apartment. The house is composed of 4 levels with a kitchen opening up to the living room with fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 office spaces. The house has reversible AC - heating through a heat pump. The first floor is used for storing some of the landlord's items. A nice sunny terrace on the roof offers a lovely view on the Mediterranean Sea and the old Cathedral - La Mayor. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, garden furniture and plants. The house is on a street corner with double exposure south and southwest and has beautiful incoming light. Our house is best suited for a couple. Situated in a traffic free area and having AC, it is very quiet. More information and photos on request.
