Our heritage home is located on a quiet tree-lined street within walking distance to all amenities (shopping, banks, library, waterfront, restaurants), and an easy 30-minute walk to downtown Victoria. We have three bedrooms (1 queen, 2 doubles (or full) size beds), one three-piece bath with clawfoot tub, one two-piece bath on the main floor and a funky outdoor private shower in the garden. Laundry facilities are in the basement and there is an option to hang laundry outside. Our full kitchen has the usual amenities (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave). The front porch gets lovely morning sun and is a great place to read with your coffee or tea. Our large backyard gets western sun and has space to play games like Bocce or Croquet, and areas to eat outdoors or relax in a hammock. Our home has been well lived in by a full family, including a dog and has a MCM (mid-century modern) vibe with its furnishings. There is a deer fence that keeps the deer out of the garden (needs to be kept closed as there are many deer in residential Victoria). We are currently installing a new patio with retractable roof in the main part of the garden; once it's complete in Spring 2026, new photos will be posted! Suite: There is also an independent ground-level one-bedroom suite that is rented to a mature university student.

Comments: Smoking is fine outside, however not in the home. Pets are negotiable depending on the type of pet.
