We are a short walk to cafes, restaurants, Washington Square Park, Headhouse Square (which has a weekly farmer's market), Independence Hall and other historical sights, and one of the best elementary schools in the city. Kitchen was renovated in 2024. The courtyard offers room for kids to play, great neighbors and a parking spot. We are 15 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and the Amtrak station.
