Looking for a responsible renter for our beautiful home in South Hadley. Our home has 3 bedrooms including a large primary suite with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet. There is a large bonus room over the garage that can be used as an office, workout room, TV room, artist studio, music room, or simply a space to relax. We have a sunny deck with a hot tub and a fenced in yard that is private from the neighbors. We are happy to leave our propane grill and outdoor furniture for your use. We are located within walking distance to the Lithia Springs trail which connects to miles of beautiful hiking trails. We are a five minute drive to Brunelle's Marina on the Connecticut River, which has a restaurant as well as an outdoor bar in the summer. We are a 2 minute drive to Mt. Holyoke College and downtown South Hadley, which has multiple restaurants, a bookstore, and a small theater. We are a 10-15 minute drive to a large shopping center in Hadley which has a Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, LL Bean, Athleta, Marshall's, Barnes & Nobles, Walmart and more.
