Living Room - Pullout sofa bed; Samsung TV set up for Roku and streaming, you may input your streaming membership details to receive Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc. Kitchen: Samsung refrigerator, new electric stove, dishwasher, plenty of pots, pans, dishware, and utensils. We are 1/2 half a block walk to the wonderful Boggy Creek bike, run, walk, path, and a 5-minute walk to the MLK light rail train station. We are 2.5 miles east of the University of Texas, 2.7 miles from the Close to the Austin's Congress St, and in a quiet community neighborhood. A few blocks from two award winning restaurants: Nixta and Birdies. Easy bike to a local grocery and other amenities. We are looking for tenants who will care for and love our home as much as we do.
