Description
A one year sabbatical stay would be ideal - but I am happy to discuss any details. Ideally someone who enjoys plants and gardens would probably be happy to look after the vegetable garden and all the flowers there. The apartment is perfect for one but it can also fit two people, however it definitely only has one office space.

Comments: Jean Talon is lively, diverse, full of shops and restaurants. Yet the street is quiet. The little garden is a great getaway with flowers and veggies. I go to Concordia - 30-40minutes door to door by public transport. 2 metro lines meet at jean talon!

Comments: The apartment is fully furnished, kitchenware, appliances, towels, sheets, all you need (no dryer, countertop dish washer). It is cozy and you will feel at home very fast! Friendly neighbours.

I would like help with mail and deliveries
I probably will receive very few important mails - but you never know; probably a friend of mine can pick it up and I will deal with it. this is just in case.
I would like help with plants or garden
The garden and indoor plants need love and water! But they are all pretty sturdy. Most of the garden grows by itself - except the veggies, which you can harvest and enjoy over the summer! Some plants need to go inside in winter - they have a space.
