We are at the end of a private street, so you have the best of both worlds here – a private space, and a location that is close to many great things! Easy public transportation access to Harvard, MIT, Lesley, Tufts, MGH, and more. Perfect for 1-2 guests who are visiting faculty, fellows, grad students, or other professionals in the Boston area for 1-3 months at a time. This 500 SF terrace apartment has a large and bright bedroom with comfortable, queen-sized memory foam bed, dedicated work space, and ample closet and shelf storage. The open living/dining/kitchen space has full-sized appliances, flat screen smart TV (no cable), and a comfortable couch. The bathroom has custom tile and vanity. Small semi-private patio space. Walk times: -- 5 minutes to Davis Sq (bustling square full of shops, restaurants, and the closest Red Line Station) -- 10 minutes to Porter Sq -- 5 mins to the Minuteman Bike Path -- 2 minutes to the bus lines 77 (to Harvard Square) and 83 Local shops and restaurants are a 3 minute walk, plus Pemberton Farms Marketplace, and the O’Neill Branch of the Cambridge Public Library. While we love our own dog, sorry no pets allowed in the apartment. Parking in Cambridge is closely controlled. We do not offer parking. Guests have had success using SpotHero and other apps to find nearby spaces for rent.
