Astoria Charming Open Concept

Bill and Loren's apartment was the perfect place to spend our semester in New York. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and very well equipped. The Astoria location is ideal for shopping, restaurants, and transportation into Manhattan. The building is also on a quiet, pleasant street. Bill and Loren were exceptionally friendly and responsive hosts. We would be happy to stay there again.

My stay in this flat was great! The flat is spacious, cosy, and very well equipped. This is someone’s home, and a lot of care has been dedicated to it. Bill and Loren were super friendly, responsive and respectful, and made living in their flat easy.

I also very much enjoyed living in Astoria. The flat’s street is quiet, you hear the birds sing. Ditmars boulevard, while having a relaxed and kind of normal-people vibe, has a lot to offer. I made it a routine every week to stroll to the park and along the river, exploring places further south, also fun! I commuted by metro to Union Square, which worked well, and I mostly spent the 30 min in the subway working.

Overall, I can recommend this flat for everyone searching a temporary home in NYC!

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed to settle in and enjoy the neighborhood. Parking was easy and the house is on a quiet street, conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and the subway. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
