Nice peaceful space , near tube

I have had a wonderful stay at this flat. The apartment is clean, spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location, close to the Tube and bus stops. Graham and Sue are incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again and would recommennd it.

I stayed with Graham and Sue for two months during my research visit at UCL, and I had the most wonderful time. They were caring and helpful hosts, and we had lovely chats and coffees, while they always respected my privacy. During my stay, their affectionate cat often visited me, which made it even more enjoyable.

The apartment is spacious, sunny, clean and cosy, equipped with all I needed. Since I like to cook, I loved the new kitchen with all appliances (including a washing machine and dishwasher). The location is 15 with tube from UCL, 25 min from central London, and 20-30 min walk from the lively Camden Town. The closest stops are 5 min walk and the neighbourhood is safe at night (not spooky and always some people around).

I loved living in this flat! It's nice, very clean, recently renovated and has everything you need. The bedroom is very comfortable and quiet, the kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom is sparkling, and all the amenities (wifi, heating) always worked flawlessly.

The location is excellent: the tube is about a 5 min walk away which takes 25-30 min to get to Bloomsbury and most of the main university campuses/ the British Library. Easy access to King's Cross Station and more. But it's also located in a pretty quiet residential area, but there are lots of shops nearby.

Sue and Graham were lovely and the communication was excellent. Wish I could stay longer, and will definitely be back! 10/10

The flat is really nice with a beautiful view from the bedroom as well. Quick access to tube station and hamstead heath. Graham and Sue have been lovely landlords, making sure my stay has been perfect.
