3BR, 3BA beautifully renovated townhouse in the best neighborhood in DC!

We are looking for a responsible summer tenant for our modern, recently renovated townhouse in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood in DC. Our 3-bedroom 3-bathroom home is on a quiet street overlooking the forest of Rock Creek Park, which features wonderful walking trails, but it's only a 3 minute walk from bus lines, coffee shops and restaurants. The top floor of our home has two large bedrooms with sunny workspaces (one with an electric adjustable standing desk), plus two full bathrooms and a child's bedroom (the photo shows a toddler bed, but it now has a twin bed). The main floor has a living room, kitchen, dining room and sunroom. The basement includes a pullout couch, TV room, piano, playroom, treadmill, laundry room and another full bathroom. There's also a nice front porch and a back deck that looks onto Rock Creek Park. The entire home was recently renovated and is in very good condition. It is well stocked and will have everything a renter could need--excellent knives, coffee maker, pots/pans, spices, furniture, etc. We are a 3 minute walk from multiple bus lines and a 10 minute walk from the metro. It's very easy to commute to all of the local universities, the White House, Congress and tourist attractions. We are a 5 minute walk from the heart of Mt. Pleasant, where there are many restaurants and cafes as well as a weekly farmer's market. There's an elementary school at the end of our street with a great playground for kids. We're also very close to great running trails. Our home is sunny, peaceful and a great place to work and relax. Mt. Pleasant is truly one of the best neighborhoods in DC--quiet, centrally located, beautiful and friendly. We hope to find someone to enjoy it for the summer! I am a professor at a local university and will be out of town for the summer (but very accessible if you need anything for the house). We had renters for a year when I was on sabbatical and are well-prepared to rent out our home. We are happy to give a tour via facetime! P.S.
