Charming apartment near Square Saint-Louis in the heart Montréal. Close to McGill (20mn walk), UQAM (10mn walk) and Concordia. It is less than 5mn to the Sherbrooke metro station and orange line. Walking distance to Plateau, downtown, quartier latin, parc Lafontaine, Mont Royal, Mile End, etc. Dozens of coffee shops, restaurants and shops all around. The condo has one main bedroom and one small bedroom/office with one desk and a screen. It has also one living room, one separate kitchen and a large balcony with a view over a "green" back street (no car allowed and beautiful gardening by the neighbors community). It's a very bright apartment in a triplex (one neighbor above, one neigbor below), with sun entering the apartment most of the year in the afternoon into the main bedroom and the kitchen. It is located in a very quiet and historic neighborhood, just behind the famous colored houses of square Saint-Louis. Due to the neighborhood traffic directions, there are very few cars passing through the street although we're in the heart of the city. The apartment is furnished with a few iranian rugs. I am looking for someone that can take good care of my apartment and my furniture.
