We are a family of four who make our home available on this website only while we are away. Our architecturally-designed, award-winning apartment in Fitzroy's historic MacRobertson Chocolate Factory warehouse building is available while we are away! Featured in a number of architectural publications linked below. Two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms and a spacious living (including a piano), dining space and kitchen. Separate second sitting area with full-height library. Our fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. All bills including cleaning fee are included. High-quality towels and linen sheets provided. We are walking or bicycle distance from several universities, but we do have a car space if you wish to have a car. You won't need your car much in this neighbourhood - we are walking distance from some of Melbourne's top restaurants and bars, parks, schools, and all amenities you might need. Close to trams and trains if you need to travel a little further. Walking distance to the CBD.
