We're looking for the next Penn State visitors in a line over three decades long who will call our beautiful house their home, This house is already totally furnished and outfitted, so we can't accommodate any more household goods. Just bring your clothes, laptop and a few personal items and move right in. There are two en suite bedrooms with queen-size beds, plus two more bedrooms and another bath. The house is full of Pennsylvania antiques and Persian rugs but casual and easy to live in. You can put your feet up on the sturdy living room coffee table and enjoy the fireplace. Appliances and infrastructure are all recently updated. The house is great for entertaining company in any season. It sits on one acre bordering Spring Creek, and is a trout fishing or birdwatching paradise. The property forms one side of a long cul-de-sac, with friendly neighbors across the road and nearby. Many previous tenants have enjoyed hosting their family and friends from around the world during their tenancy here. Comments: It is important for us to have the house occupied, so short-term rentals usually don't work for us unless they can be coordinated with other short-term stays. This works best when it coincides with the university calendar.
