I am looking for a mature, responsible person (or quiet couple) who would like to live in my home while I am away this winter (3-4 months). I am retired and rely on rent as income, but would be willing to negotiate for the right match if rent is a hardship. Strictly no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no children.
