Rooms: currently two bedrooms, one office but the office can become a third bedroom. One bathroom, dining room, living room, kitchen, screened in side porch, laundry in the basement. The home is close to town but sits on a rare one-acre lot, so feels very private, while still conveniently close to everywhere you'd want to go. The living room has a 55" Smart TV and an xbox with a couple games. In the backyard there is a fire pit and lawn chairs and a sandbox for kids. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. There is plenty of space to park two cars side by side in the driveway, as well as free street parking. There's a washer and dryer in the basement. All my family's stuff is stored in the basement, so it's important to me that renters be responsible enough to not touch my things and just use the basement for laundry. There is a laundry chute from one of the bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands and lamps, closet, ceiling fan, and a dresser. The back bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands and lamps, two closets, a ceiling fan, and a dresser. The kitchen and the living room/dining room area can all be closed off with doors so that sound does not travel to the bedroom area. This is my long term home, but I had to move away temporarily.
