Perfect for visiting scholars, international students or anyone working, studying or visiting in downtown Toronto! A 'turnkey' solution - just arrive with your personal effects and you are at home. The house is spacious and elegant and your bedroom is huge – with a comfortable Queen sized bed made up with lovely cotton sheets and down duvet. There is a comfortable seating/working area with a round table and window bench! Loads of natural light, central heating/AC and high speed internet complete the ambiance. The en suite bathroom is accessed directly from your bedroom (no need to go into the hall) and is yours alone to enjoy. A new shower stall (all glass), granite counter and lots of towels complete the experience. Occasional light housekeeping is included (vacuuming, mopping and bathroom touch-up) and lets you focus on your studies. Everything is included except your own food and laundry (machines and detergent provided but you need to do your own laundry). You will only share the kitchen - but you have your own private bar-sized fridge and pantry. You will have access to all appliances and cookware. As a housemate, you will see very little of me. I work in an office 3 days per week and am out training 4 nights a week. The rest of the time, I am very quiet, private and respectful and only ask for cleanliness, courtesy and a cooperative environment in return. The neighbourhood is leafy and green, with parks, ravines and transit at the door. Contact me to negotiate part-time stays or with any other questions.
