I am a recently retired psychotherapist looking for a quiet person to rent this brand new unit in the backyard of my home. I have lived here in this wonderful neighborhood for 40 years and made this unit out of the garage which is down the driveway. There is potential for gardening if you like, but the advantages of living in Berkeley are huge. Tilden Park has wonderful trails and views. I am an avid hiker, retired bicycle racer and outdoor enthusiast. There is a hot tub and deck available when I am away only. I have one indoor/outdoor cat you might see outside.
