Room to let in victorian terraced house. The room is at the rear of the house on the second floor and looks. It has a double bed, desk, large built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is shared use of three bathrooms and a spacious kitchen which is newly renovated as well as a garden. Myself and my adult daughter live in the house with our cockapoo dog Goldie who is 7 and very friendly/relaxed. We are close to Dalston and Stoke Newington Church Street, both have lots of cafes/restaurants/bars and shops and are lively areas. Our street is quiet and relaxed through as we are in a low traffic area. There is good public transport nearby, Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction Overground Stations and plenty of buses, it is easy access to UCL, British Library, Birkbeck, UAL etc.
