We are subletting our apartment from July 1st, 2027 to August 31st 2028. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths and is located on the 1st floor of a historic Cambridge home. The apartment is 1700 sq ft. and is newly renovated. The apartment has hardwood floors, tall ceilings, huge windows with both morning and evening sun, and is furnished with modern design furniture. The garden door opens up a nice back yard and patio with a gas Weber grill. The apartment is walking distance to Harvard Square and Central Square with all the wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes that Cambridge has to offer. The apartment is located at the corner of Dana St and Cleveland St. The rent is $4950 pr. month. The only utilities that are not included is gas and electricity which will be billed separately depending usage.
