Description
We are a couple in our mid-late 50s. Both physicians and professors at the University of Toronto. The house is situated very close to where we live and is up for long-term rent. It is a five-bedroom + den, Tudor home. We tried our best to maintain gems of original charm while renovating. We think the house would best suit the family of a visiting professor, professor on sabbatical, or relocation. It is wonderful for a family because it is close to downtown and the subway, yet is in a very leafy area of the city, in a safe neighborhood with a community feel. It is on a ravine lot, which means you have nature at your doorstep (literally through a gate in the backyard). It is also within walking distance of some of the best schools in Toronto. There is a dog park two minutes away and pets are welcome.
