Looking for a respectful individual who will enjoy my house as much as I do! Wanted to create an affordable option for others and hope you can use it as a writing sanctuary and / or whatever you need it for. I love Hazelwood-- it is one of Pittsburgh's most diverse neighborhoods and am looking for folks who will also appreciate this. You are welcome to garden (veggie garden, compost, and rain barrel in back). Beautiful 104 year old duplex in Hazelwood. Free on-street parking (car strongly recommended-- Pittsburgh is very hilly and the bus system has considerable limitations). Very close to French bakery, post office, and quick drives the South Side, Oakland, Squirrel Hill, and the Waterfront. Nearby bike trail. AC, heat, wifi, washing machine & dryer, air fryer, roku in bedroom. Fully furnished, including bedding, towels, etc. If you see it, you can use it. I use the home part time to work and garden because I travel a lot for work. You will mostly have it to yourself.

Comments: You will have the house entirely to yourself much of the time-- I work FT in NYC and come back to Pittsburgh for a few days a month maximum. When I am not there you are welcome to use the extra bedroom as an office. Shared bathroom.
