Gorgeous natural light throughout, elegant and unique architecture, and very spacious. The building has a private garden exclusive to residents that spans the entire length of the building - perfect for enjoying a moment of sanctuary in New York City. This is truly one of the most beautiful apartments I've seen in New York and the location and energy could not be better. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, tree lined, and convenient to public transportation and anything you could ever need.
