This is a beautiful little house, in a lovely neighbourhood close to the centre. I'm looking for a professional to SHARE the house with, as if it were their own. Part of my job is to find accommodation for visiting professors to Oxford - I could read you chapter and verse on why you will not find a nicer place for this price, and in this location in Oxford. The house is equiped with everything you need to feel this is a home away from home.
