Beautiful, art-filled sunny apartment in the Annex with balcony and parking

Although my plans changed and I was not able to actually stay at Lynn's lovely home, my corresponces with her were simply stellar! She was so accomodating, gracious, forthcoming, and forgiving in all the back and forths as I was sorting out my very complicated transatlantic move to Toronto, which in the end, as I said, shifted.

Very grateful for this first point of contact along our journey to Toronto.. it will be a hard act to follow!

Lynn welcomed my wife and me with warmth, the sort that makes you feel at home at once. From the start she was exceptionally kind, showing us the main points of the neighbourhood and helping us settle in. She and her daughter went above and beyond during our stay, offering generous support even with matters that did not concern them directly.
The house, decorated with Lynn’s own paintings, feels wonderfully homely, and its location is excellent – a short walk from The Annex and Bloor Street, full of great restaurants, bookshops, shops, and two well-stocked groceries.
And the patio deserves special mention: a charming, leafy haven where one can sit back and relax, despite being only steps away from the vibrant heart of the city. Cheers, Lynn!

This Annex apartment is just steps from Bloor Street. It is comfortable, art-filled, and well-equipped, with a wonderful living room, spacious kitchen and huge 2nd floor bathroom with washer and dryer. Water pressure and temperature are excellent. The apartment comprises the second and third floors of an older house. We used the third floor bedroom with toilet, sink and shower and huge comfortable bed. Our host was warm, considerate and very accommodating. We stayed there for the first week of December so couldn't make use of the spacious, sunny balcony. Access is from the lane and the stairs up to the apartment and within the apartment might be a challenge for those with mobility issues. We highly recommend this apartment.

Me and my family spent a wonderful time dwelling in Lynn's place. The location is super fantastic if you'd like to explore the city via public transportation or walking. You have quick access to diverse dinning options, cafes, pastries within short walking distance.

Lynn's house was cozy and toasty. We crafted lots of food, shared laughters and rest well in her house. Definitely worth checking out.

The home was clean, easy to access, and spacious. I had no trouble during my time here and Lynn was a great host.
