5 bedroom, 3 bath, unique, professor's house near campus

This house is ideally located near everything that makes for a quality life: green areas, parks, public transportation, bike path, coffee shops, restaurants, stores, pool, and tennis courts.. It has four large and one small bedroom that can be also used as offices. Each bedroom has a desk or a table and bookshelves. The main bedroom has a large balcony that faces the garden, and receives beautiful light in the mornings. All floors are new and made of Brazilian cherry wood. Kitchen, baths, foyer and porch are tiled. Beds are very comfortable. There is one king size bed, two queen size beds, one full size and one sofa bed in the smallest bedroom, good for a guest. Plenty of closets. Basement is partially finished. The finished part features ping-pong table and a separate TV room with massage arm chair, and futton. The unfinished part has washer, dryer and storage place. On the second floor, there is a large bath with oversized shower and a very large black bath tub, as well as one smaller bathroom. On the first floor, between two bedrooms, there is the third bath with a large shower. There is garage and additional parking spaces on and next to the driveway. The backyard is fully fenced. Kitchen is currently being remodeled, I will add pictures when it is finished. All appliances are new. The house has a lot of light and is quiet. In the summer, we often work at the deck listening to cardinals and cicadas in our garden. During the early fall tree frogs songs are intense. We bike to UW campus (12 min), but it is also walkable (25 min). Busses pass almost every 5 min, and the bus stop is two minutes away from the house. UW Hospital is a 10 minute walk. We have an electric bike, and one other bike in the garage that you may use. I am planning to sell my car before I leave for a year. It is a Subaru Forester 2021, but if you were interested to either buy it or lease it, that is a possibility as well. There are tennis courts on the other side of the street, as well as UPS store, Tai restaurant, Pizzeria, and a French restaurant. There are plenty of coffee shops around. A nice wooded park is a minute away.
