Renovated Capitol Hill row house, with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, fully furnished with garden and lovely, private patio area for afternoon drinks. There's a queen bed in the main bedroom and, in the second bedroom - which currently works well as a home office - there is one twin (or single) bed, suitable for a child or single guest. The kitchen was recently updated and is perfect for preparing for dinner parties on the large antique dining table. It's a pleasant bike ride to GWU or an easy metro ride from Eastern Market. Lots of buzz in the area, with plenty of restaurant options all around. The house is also close to two supermarkets and right across the road from an elementary school and playing fields. The house is on a corner lot so has plenty of natural light - with all windows looking out onto the trees of the area. The historic Lincoln Park is just a short stroll away and for fitness types, there are lots of great walks and runs to be had - passing the Supreme Court or the Capitol anytime you like. The rent includes all utilities. We'd prefer a four to six-month tenancy.
