Our home is a beautiful 1800 square foot, 130 y/o concrete block detached house with a large fenced-in backyard and beautifully high ceilings. Close to Downtown, the water, parks, pools, farmers market, bus routes, great donuts, and super cute cafes. The house is furnished, but there is flexibility as to how much (it can be sparsely furnished for the right tenants). Kingston is also located near Frontenac Park (40 minutes north) Thousand Islands (20 mins to the east) and Prince Edward County and Sandbanks (1 hour to the west). It's known as the "Limestone City" for its grand 19th-century buildings, including the lakeside Kingston City Hall.
