Description
I am a retired former Federal Service Career person. I now enjoy volunteering, my garden, and maintaining my home. I enjoy meeting people, lively conversation, swimming, and spending time in my neighborhood walking my dog. I am seeking a visiting scholar serious, but with a sense of humor, who may enjoy a comfortable, quiet retreat that has access to city life, and the many treasures Washington DC offers.

Comments: Newly renovated bath shower. Access to a laundry shared space. I do have a printer upstairs so printing can be made available. The space is wired for Wi-Fi. Visitor street parking pass is available for the asking.

Comments: This is a Walk-Out basement studio apartment, complete with kitchenette, private bath, and shared laundry space. It has it's own private entry door and exit to a backyard.
