Looking for a flat/loft close to the city center Le Marais

Carole's apartrment is very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need suppplied. The neighborhood is well connected by metro and has many excellent restaurants and bakeries and a terrific daily market. The building is across the street from the coulée verte and the opera house is two blocks away. Carole is welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated her thoughtfulness in getting the apartment ready for us.

Great area across from Coulée verte, lots of space, which we ended up not needing because our daughter didn't join us. A bit dark in the sunken kitchen/living room area, but very private and quiet.

We stayed at Carole's apartment in Paris for a whole month this summer and it was amazing. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and tasfully decorated, and was perfect for four people (we were two adults and two children (age 16 and 10). Carole is very friendly and accommodating. We were able to walk almost everywhere, for example the Louvre is a 35 minute stroll with an amazing bakery every 500 meters. We even walked all the way to Montmartre and back--took an entire day and 15kms but well worth it. If the metro is needed, the line to Champs Elysées is a 5 minute walk. The quartier, Quinze-Vingts, is fabulous--so many good and reasonable restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We will be back hopefully. Thank you Carole!

This bright and well designed loft is centrally located. Despite its address in the 12th arrondissement, it's close to the 11th-which is more central-being adjacent to it. You can pretty much walk everywhere, or jump on many buses/metros around to farther destinations.
The neighborhood is safe, lively and very well served with commerces, cafes and restaurants. As a bonus, a typical Parisian Marché d'Aligre which holds a daily farmer's market is located a few blocks away, don't miss it!

Carole is very generous letting us enjoy her luxury apartment, we liked it so much we plan to stay double time on our next visit :)

Didn't I say we are former Parisians?

We spent a month at Carole's wonderful apartment in the fall and enjoyed it immensely. The apartment is large, very comfortable and bright with many nice details. The bedrooms are both beauitful and serene. Although the building is on a busy street, the apartment is well back from the front of the building and totally quiet - indeed, silent. The apartment is close to many wonderful places in the city and we walked everywhere - we only used the subway once. Carole was a pleasure to deal with in all respects.
