This home has lots of great natural light. There are sunny windows throughout the home, and four sets of French doors with entryways to the back and side yards. Wood floors in the kitchen, bonus room (office), foyer, and living and dining rooms. Bedrooms have clean, new carpets. Fully stocked kitchen has new appliances and an eat-in area with table and chairs. Large kitchen window and open plan allow plenty of natural light at all times of day. Induction range + electric oven offers fast heating, precise control, and easy cleanup. A pantry and laundry/utility room with large-capacity washer/dryer adjoin the kitchen. The main floor also has a dining room with a beautiful modern glass-and-steel table, a living room with built-in bookshelves, a bonus room with huge picture window (we use this as a home office) and a half bathroom. There are two bedrooms on each level of the split-level section. The master bedroom (on upper level) has a king bed and a balcony; the master bathroom has two sinks and a glass-walled shower. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and full of large trees that attract songbirds and owls. Our neighbors are very welcoming and hold community events throughout the year (attendance is, of course, entirely optional).
