We live outside Kingston and have bought this home as a place eventually to reside in ourselves when we decide to move into the city at some point in the future. Comments: This is a 12 month tenancy-possibly longer. We are also open to a rental term that is shorter. We are presently completely renovating and expanding the kitchen, adding main and 3rd floor bathrooms and air conditioning to be completed Sept 1st
